PLAN AROUND
THE BUILDING.

The roof is one part of a working property. These are the details worth bringing into the conversation.

How the building works

Tell us how the property is used and who depends on it each day. A warehouse, an office and an occupied retail space bring different questions to the conversation.

Bring: the building type and who uses the space.

Access to the property

Share what you know about roof access, entrances, parking and delivery areas. Flag any site rules or access restrictions to discuss when defining the work.

Bring: access details and any site requirements.

Your operating hours

Let us know when the building is busiest, when deliveries arrive and which activities are sensitive to noise. Discuss these constraints before agreeing on a project schedule.

Bring: opening hours and sensitive working times.

The roof you have

Describe the existing material, known leaks, past repairs and any recent changes. Share photos or records you already have; you do not need to access the roof to start a conversation.

Bring: available photos, records and observations.

Timing and priorities

Tell us about target dates, planned building work and the decisions you need to make. Confirm the scope and availability together before setting expectations for the project.

Bring: target dates and your most important questions.

Have another question?
Can I start with a free inspection?

Yes. Call or email One Real to request a free roof inspection. Share the property location and your concerns so availability and scheduling can be discussed.

Do you handle new builds and existing roofs?

Commercial roofing includes new-build and reroof projects. For a new building, start with the plans you have. For an existing roof, describe its condition, known issues and the work you are considering.

How do I choose a roofing material?

Asphalt, metal, TPO and acrylic roof coatings are options to discuss. The starting point is your building, its existing roof or plans, and the project scope. You do not need to select a material before getting in touch.

Is an acrylic coating right for my existing roof?

An acrylic coating is an option to evaluate for an existing roof, rather than a new roof system. Before defining the work, we discuss the existing surface, leaks, drainage, moisture concerns and any repairs or preparation needed. The selected coating must be compatible with the roof and installed to its product requirements; an inspection helps determine whether coating or reroofing is the appropriate scope.

Where do you take on commercial projects?

We handle commercial roofing in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. Share the property location, building type and scope so we can discuss scheduling.

What should I have ready before we talk?

Your property location, building type and a brief description of the project are enough to start. Plans, existing roof records, photos and target dates are helpful if you already have them.
